DIY Fitted Bedrooms Manufacturers Warranty

1. Manufacturing and Quality:

All furniture purchased from DIY Fitted Bedrooms is crafted in our workshop located in Christchurch, Dorset. Our products are designed with superior quality materials and built to last.

2. Warranty Periods:

• MFC Carcasses and Doors: We offer a generous 15-year warranty on MFC carcasses and as well as doors within the 'Simply' range.
• MDF Vinyl Wrapped Doors: MDF vinyl wrapped doors are supplied with a 6-year warranty.
• Fixtures and Fittings: All fixtures and fittings come with a 2-year warranty. 

3. Commencement of Warranty:

The warranty period commences from the date of delivery.

4. Storage and Maintenance:

All goods must be stored in a dry place. DIY Fitted Bedrooms cannot be held responsible for goods not stored as directed. Furniture should be cleaned with a soft cloth only.

5. Warranty Ownership:

The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser.

6. Discontinued Colours:

In the unlikely event that the original color has been discontinued, we will endeavour to offer you the nearest alternative.

7. Liability under Warranty:

DIY Fitted Bedrooms' liability under this warranty does not extend to costs or charges for fitting, unfixing, handling, storage, redecoration or other additional expenses. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Limitation:

Our warranty is limited to replacement parts being supplied. The decision to replace parts is at the discretion of DIY Fitted Bedrooms. As we offer a supply-only product, we do not cover labour costs or other consequential loss of the repair or replacement.

9. Submitting Warranty Claims:

In the event of a warranty claim, please submit your claim along with the order number, delivery postcode, details of the claim, and accompanying photographs to sales@diyfittedbedrooms.co.uk.
